Touch-free infrared request-to-exit button on an 86 × 86 mm stainless-steel plate, 9–16 V DC, with NO/NC/COM outputs. Handprint or No Touch face graphic.
XB-110 is a no-touch request-to-exit button for access-controlled doors. The user waves a hand in front of the infrared sensor and the button switches its output to release the lock, so nobody has to press the plate. That helps in clinics, food-handling areas and busy staff exits where hygiene or wear on a mechanical button is a concern.
The face plate is 86 × 86 mm stainless steel in the square 86 mm format, with a 38 mm overall depth (±3 mm). The sensor runs on 9–16 V DC, so it can share the 12 V supply that feeds the lock or controller. Its output is rated at 2 A and resets itself after each activation. Operating range is –20 to +50 °C at 10–90% humidity, and no IP rating is published, so plan it for indoor walls.
Two face graphics are available: a handprint symbol (XB-110-HP) or a printed "No Touch" legend (XB-110-NT). Both carry an EXIT marking and share the same electrical specification.
The button has five leads: red +12 V, black GND, yellow NO, white COM and green NC. For a standalone door with a fail-safe maglock or drop bolt, run the lock supply through COM and NC so the circuit opens while a hand is detected. For a controller, connect COM and NO to its exit (REX) input and let the controller set the release time.

Apartment building access control hardware: anti-clone readers with matched fob sets, QR visitor codes, 4G controllers for rentals and UHF tags for gates.
Gym access control system hardware for 24/7 clubs: fob and wristband readers, face and QR terminals, anti-passback controllers and no-touch exit buttons.
Run the lock supply through COM and NC. When a hand is detected, the NC contact opens, power drops and the fail-safe lock releases; keep the lock current within the 2 A rating.
It needs 9–16 V DC on the red and black leads, which is normally taken from the controller auxiliary output or the 12 V lock supply.
No IP rating is published for this model and it is rated –20 to +50 °C, so install it indoors. For exposed locations, see the IP67-rated XB-130.
Only the face graphic: a handprint symbol or a printed "No Touch" legend. The electrical specification is identical.
No. The output resets automatically after each activation; set the door release time on the controller or lock.
Maglock wiring with dry-relay COM/NC: keypad and reader diagrams, REX signals, approved egress release paths and manufacturer-specific suppression.
A fail-safe lock releases when power is cut; a fail-secure lock stays locked. Learn which to use per door, how to wire NO/NC, and what egress codes expect.
Program a standalone access control keypad: enter programming mode, change the master code, add card and PIN users, set relay time, reset and wire it.
IP67 no-touch exit button with 0–15 cm infrared sensing, relay NO/NC/COM output and blue/green status LED. Three metal plate sizes in silver or gun gray.
