86 mm Square Wiegand Card Reader, EM or MIFARE: overview
The CR-210 is a card-only Wiegand reader in an 86 × 86 × 15.6 mm square housing, the footprint of an 86 mm wall switch plate. It is intended for doors, lift lobbies and meeting rooms that need a discreet reader in front of an existing access controller.
Four credential tiers are available. CR-210-E handles 125 kHz EM4100, EM4102 and EM4200-compatible cards and fobs. CR-210-M outputs the UID of 13.56 MHz MIFARE Classic, DESFire, Plus, Ultralight, NTAG2xx and CPU cards. CR-210-MS goes further, reading protected MIFARE Classic 1K/4K sectors and CPU card files as well as ISO/IEC 15693 UIDs and the iCLASS CSN, with Wiegand 66 available. CR-210-MS-FC adds FeliCa UIDs.
A configuration card sets the Wiegand format, read mode, card key and card-number format, so the reader can be matched to the controller on site. Card data arrives in under 120 ms, and the inputs have ESD and miswiring protection. The CR-200 is the touch-keypad version of this housing.
Integration notes
Power: 12 V DC (±5%), budget 200 mA. Leads: red +12 V, black GND, white D1, green D0, purple buzzer control, gray LED control; tie yellow to GND to lock Wiegand 26. No ingress rating is published, so fit it indoors or under cover.

Which version reads 125 kHz key fobs?
CR-210-E. It reads EM4100, EM4102 and EM4200-compatible thick cards, thin cards and key fobs with Wiegand 26/34 output.
Can the reader output Wiegand 66?
Yes, on CR-210-MS and CR-210-MS-FC. The -E and -M versions output Wiegand 26 or 34.
Can it reuse my existing reader cable?
It uses the usual Wiegand reader wiring: power, ground, D0, D1, plus LED and buzzer control inputs. If your cable carries those conductors it can be reused.
Is there a keypad version?
Yes. The CR-200 uses the same 86 × 86 mm housing with a touch keypad.
