Eight-antenna fixed UHF RFID reader with Impinj R2000 chip, 33 dBm output, 700 tags/s peak inventory, RS232 and TCP/IP, plus two inputs and two outputs.
The FX-110 is an eight-port fixed UHF RFID reader for projects that need many read points from one device: conveyor tunnels, smart cabinets, multi-door dock areas, retail stockrooms and production lines. It polls its antenna ports in sequence with a minimum of about 25 ms per port, so a full pass over all eight antennas takes roughly 200 ms.
The RF section uses an Impinj Indy R2000 chip with a dual-CPU design. Output power is set between 20 and 33 dBm with ±0.2 dB flatness, receive sensitivity is better than –85 dBm, and inventory speed peaks at 700 tags per second. The reader buffers up to 1,000 tags (96-bit EPC) and reports RSSI with each read for filtering or proximity logic. It handles EPC Gen2 (ISO 18000-6C) and ISO 18000-6B tags, switches between the two protocols, and can read or write larger 6B data blocks in a single operation.
Hosts connect over TCP/IP or RS232. An 8-pin GPIO connector provides two polarized inputs for photo-eyes or door sensors and two non-polarized outputs for stack lights, buzzers or PLC inputs, all rated up to 12 V. Temperature is monitored at several points on the board, and output power calibration is held in two backup copies.
Supply 12–18 V DC; standby current is under 70 mA and sleep current under 100 µA. The 200 × 190 × 30.8 mm enclosure is air-cooled and rated for –20 to +55 °C. Order the EU 865–868 MHz or US 902–928 MHz version for the installation country, and add antennas and low-loss cables to the same RFQ.

Plan RFID for warehouse management: fixed readers and circular antennas at dock doors, conveyor tunnels, handheld cycle counts and on-metal asset tags.
Build an RFID asset tracking system: on-metal, ceramic and tie-on tags matched to each asset, handheld audits, smart cabinets and IP67 HF heads for tooling.
The reader drives up to eight antennas in sequence. Dock doors typically use two to four and tunnels or cabinets use more; each active port adds at least about 25 ms to a full read cycle.
The two inputs accept signals up to 12 V, for example a photo-eye that starts reading when a pallet arrives. The two outputs switch up to 12 V to drive a stack light, buzzer or PLC input.
Yes. It reads EPC Gen2 (ISO 18000-6C) and ISO 18000-6B tags and can switch between the two protocols.
Over TCP/IP (Ethernet) or RS232. The reader can hold up to 1,000 tags with 96-bit EPC in its buffer for the host to collect.
Yes. The FX-120 has the same RF performance, interfaces and 200 × 190 × 30.8 mm footprint with four antenna ports.
