Epoxy RFID Card, Custom Shape: overview

CA-140 is an epoxy-finished RFID card or small tag for membership credentials, admission tokens and product identification. The transparent finish gives printed artwork a raised appearance, while the underlying card can use a round, square or custom outline. PVC and PET are the listed substrate choices, so the finished format can be specified around the artwork and how users carry it.

Radio options span 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz. The chip list includes EM4200, TK4100, MIFARE Classic S50/S70, NTAG213/216, ICODE and DESFire options. Select the credential technology that the installed reader actually uses; these choices cover different data and authentication requirements. Memory is determined by the chip, rather than by the epoxy shape.

Available production operations include printing, screen printing, code marking, hot stamping, punching and data writing where the chip supports it. Identification or serial numbers can be marked on the card. Combined chip packaging is mentioned for custom work, but its configuration needs confirmation before it becomes an order specification.

The listed reader distance is 0–5 cm, depending on the reader and environment. Operation is specified at –25 to +55 °C and storage at –30 to +75 °C. The product description includes protection against dust and water without a numerical ingress grade; evaluate the finished sample for the intended exposure and approve the encoded data together with the print proof.
